Improvement meme. facebook :[link] I have seen a lot of people making this. So i thought I should do too. = D ...not so motivating for people, but i hope it would still be a bit of help for those who always think they can't improve. Patience is everything in art. So be patient. ^ o ^
Sometimes, you just have to discover new things if you want to advance further. Never be too scared to try out new things. ^^ kinda sorry for repeating to upload the same thing. But you can see my crappy old 2007 artwork. XD I was only like...12? yeah.
please don't take this as a discouragement. This is to show people that things takes time-no matter how long it is to achieve, especially with art.
Yes, but look at the INTENSITY, THE FEELING, THE POWER of your old artwork. Those eyes represent pain, suffering, and so much more FEELING than the second. I must say that I like your old art style better.
oh my goodness! I think this has to be one of the most jaw dropping improvements I've ever seen! Thank goodness I've seen this, it's provided me such an opportunity to feel that with much practice I could improve too the fact that you managed to do that with a pencil is just unbelievable, you're a fantastic artist have a follow ♥
Heh. Looking at art from when one is starting out is the best. Do you have anything from, say, 2009? That's halfway between this and fav.me/d4hqd65 which is still fantastic and great and uploaded in 2011 apparently.
How often do you draw? (e.g. in a week/month?) because my friend draws almost every second day something (more doodles) and I merely one-two 'big' pictures in a month (sometimes a few doodles too).. but I get a little bit better too.. my question: does it really play a role how much you practice or how much you really have a kind of 'talent'? what do you think about this?
