This full (well, waist-up) picture is gorgeous! That gold-colored dress is beautiful, and beautifully colored, and the flowers beautifully detailed. I already liked the face, now the rest of her as well....
Now I begin to understand why people often write things like asofbwapo;wqpnrj gicprqe gpqcmbp er in the comments.
Because when I saw it I wanted to do exactly the same thing. Awesome personification of summer: warm, happy and elegant.4
I rarely say anything about composition, because that is one of the things where "artist vision" is required. Orange-blue contrast does hell of a job here, the ribbon is drawn exactly as I would like it to see, and her hand gesture...
I don't know what that thing on her head is called, but it really captivated me.
OOOOOHH!!! I spotted something! Her cheeks are a little too red, maybe because of the blush effect You made and it makes them look a bit buffed.
Also, the smallest details can make the difference. I don't know if anyone noticed these tiny circles ariund her hair, but without it, the whole picture would look worse.
Overall, that's how summer should look. Figuratively and in real life.
She's adorable, I kinda like her pose. Hypothetically, it also seems a bit like she'd like to give those sunflowers as a gift to someone or maybe she got it from somebody, considering her face expression and I adore the way of your soft colouring, it really makes warm and summer feeling ^^
